  • The dealership is responsible for the accuracy of all vehicle information, pricing, and availability
  • The dealership handles all customer inquiries, negotiations, and sales transactions
  • The dealership is responsible for compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws
  • The dealership has access to visitor data collected on their page for business purposes
  • The dealership is responsible for data protection compliance when using exported visitor data

2.2 Platform Responsibilities

  • MySuperDealer provides hosting and technical services
  • MySuperDealer acts as the data controller for all personal data collected on the platform
  • MySuperDealer handles data protection compliance and data subject requests
  • MySuperDealer provides analytics and might offer data export tools to dealerships
  • We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of vehicle listings
  • We do not participate in sales transactions or negotiations

2.3 Transaction Responsibility

  • All transactions, agreements, and disputes are solely between you and the dealership
  • MySuperDealer is not a party to any sales agreement
  • We do not mediate disputes between customers and dealerships

2.4 Data Protection Scope

  • Platform data: MySuperDealer is responsible for data collected through this platform (email subscriptions, inquiries)
  • Direct communication: Data shared in direct phone calls, emails, or in-person visits with the dealership is outside MySuperDealer's control
  • Dealership responsibility: The dealership is responsible for data protection compliance for all direct communication
  • Data subject requests: For platform data, contact MySuperDealer; for direct communication data, contact the dealership

3. Communications and Contact Features

This section covers all communication features available on dealership pages:

3.1 Email Subscriptions

By subscribing to dealership updates, you agree to the following terms:

  • Email subscriptions are completely optional
  • You can subscribe to receive updates about new vehicles
  • Subscriptions are specific to each individual dealership
  • You may subscribe to multiple dealerships independently
  • You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
  • Unsubscribing is immediate and free of charge
  • You can also contact us directly to unsubscribe: privacy@mysuperdealer.com
  • Unsubscribing from one dealership does not affect subscriptions to other dealerships

3.2 Contact Form

When using the contact form to message the dealership directly:

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • Name and email address are required fields
  • Phone number is optional but may help the dealership respond more effectively
  • Your message will be forwarded directly to the dealership
  • MySuperDealer processes and forwards your message but does not store your personal data
  • Your contact information (name, email, phone) is automatically deleted after successful forwarding
  • The dealership is responsible for responding to your inquiry and handling your data after receipt

3.3 Communication Content

  • Email updates are sent on behalf of the dealership by MySuperDealer
  • Content of vehicle information is provided by the dealership, not by MySuperDealer
  • Contact form messages are forwarded as-is to the dealership
  • MySuperDealer does not modify or filter contact form content

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam or harassment: Sending unsolicited messages or harassing dealerships through contact forms or other means
  • False information: Providing false or misleading information in contact forms or other communications

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySuperDealer's liability is limited
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use our services (if any)
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

5.4 Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
  • This includes natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures

6. Intellectual Property Rights
